Privacy Policy
A short note on what happens to your data here.
What This Page Explains
This site is a comparison guide to guided bike and e-bike rides in Vienna. There are no accounts, no forms that store your details, and no payments taken here. When you load a page, standard analytics tools record anonymous usage statistics such as the page viewed, the approximate country of the connection, the browser type and the time spent on the page. Nothing in these statistics identifies you by name. We do not collect addresses, phone numbers or payment card data, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors across the 22 tour listings on the site.
Links To Tour Bookings
Every tour page carries a link to the live booking page where the ride is actually reserved and paid for. Once you click through, that third party's own privacy policy and cookie rules apply, and we have no control over them. The booking partner will process the details you enter there, including your name, contact information and payment data, under its own terms. If you have questions about a reservation for a Vienna ride, contact the operator you booked with directly, for example Pedal Power Vienna or Rosotravel Austria. Read the partner's policy before booking so you know exactly what it stores.
Cookies And Analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are functional and remember nothing personal. Others come from analytics services that count visits to individual pages, such as the e-bike category or the Wachau Valley wine tour listing, so we can see which comparisons are useful. Affiliate cookies may also be set after you follow an outbound link, so the partner can credit a later booking to this site. You can block or delete any of these in your browser settings, reject third-party cookies entirely, or browse in a private window without losing access to the content here.
Cookies And Measurement
If you are in the European Union, you can ask to see the personal data connected to you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and object to certain kinds of processing. You can also ask for your data in a portable format. To make any of these requests, send a message through the contact page and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant records. We will respond within the timeframe the law requires. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Updates To This Policy
We may revise this policy from time to time, for example when our tools or practices change. The version published on this page is always the one that applies. If a revision materially changes how your data is treated, we will say so clearly before it takes effect.
